In the recently published U.S. Department of State Visa Bulletin for March 2014, the EB-2 priority date remained at 11/15/04 in respect to India, but advanced from 01/08/09 to 02/15/09 in respect to mainland China, and remained current in respect of all countries other than India and mainland China. EB-1, EB-4 and EB-5 also continue to remain “Current” for all countries.
In the EB-3 category, the priority dates for professionals and skilled workers advanced from 09/01/03 to 9/15/03 in respect to India, from 04/15/07 to 05/01/07 in respect to Philippines, and from 06/01/12 to 09/01/12 in respect to all other countries including China.
In the EB-3 Other Workers category, the priority dates advanced from 09/01/03 to 9/15/03 in respect to India, from 04/15/07 to 05/01/07 in respect to Philippines, and from 06/01/12 to 09/01/12 in respect to all other countries including China.
